Café Gaviña Decaf Espresso roast is a delicious medium strength blend using 100% Arabica beans. Extremely smooth flavor with a creamy/nutty finish. This Decaf Espresso roast is a fantastic choice for those who enjoy espresso/cappuccino but prefer to avoid the caffeine or those who enjoy a cup at the end of the day. It is ground to a extra fine espresso grind. After testing many decaf espresso blends from all over the world, this fine coffee was chosen as our personal favorite to pair with our cigar blends. Highly recommended for those who enjoy a smooth cup of decaf espresso/cappuccino with rich, deep flavor notes and very little bitterness.

As a side note, from our research Gaviña & Sons uses natural decaffeination processes including Swiss Water Method & ethyl acetate (naturally found in some fruits). This was the deciding factor that made their decaf espresso blend our favorite choice...we love rich coffee flavor, but when we choose to have a cup of decaf cappuccino at the end of the day we really don't want exposure to the harsh chemicals used by some other coffee companies.
